Research notes
Designing a badge automation tool from the ground up required balancing the high-volume operational demands of event organizers with the immediate self-service needs of attendees. Traditional registration workflows often suffer from critical pain points, such as manual data entry errors and confusing third-party forms, which inevitably generate overwhelming support tickets for internal teams. Our research indicated that the key to eliminating these administrative bottlenecks lay in replacing fragmented internal workflows with a linear, user-guided web application in Telegram. By empowering attendees to independently link accounts, customize visual assets, and preview their badges in real time, the product removes technical friction, reduces support scenarios to near zero, and ensures a fast, error-free onboarding experience for thousands of users simultaneously
